For a "normal" job we can often give an estimate over the phone of the cost of the job. The estimate will be a range of the cost since we don't know exactly what you will need until we are there. When we get to your home, we will view the carpet with you, advise on what we believe it needs, let you decide and then give you a firm price for the work - no surprises, just smiles.
